In this research, the effect of polyacrylamide, bentonite and blending of bentonite and cationic starch on paper printing and writing containing 20% filler paper was evaluated in one of the paper mills, and the trend of change in water drainage, retention and characteristics resistance and light were investigated. Decreasing dewatering time was happened in the combination of cationic starch and bentonite, such as cationic polyacrylamide, due to the high ability of a cationic polymer of starch composition to be combined with bentonite minerals in the formation of the flock in the suspension and more water absorption potential. With increasing percentage of ash in the presence of bentonite, no significant change was observed in the components' durability, but the components remained more in the presence of cationic starch and bentonite, and were approximately the same as in the use of polyacrylamide. The stretch strength index was decreased due to weak formation, this decrease was also lower than that of polyacrylamide; however, in the tear resistance, an increasing trend was observed and was still lower than that of polyacrylamide. The opacity of papers containing bentonite and cationic starch showed a slight decrease in the presence of cationic starch, but only bentonite paper showed a higher opacity. There was no significant change in the degree of brightness in all treatments compared to polyacrylamide treatments.}, keywords = {Bentonite,Cationic Starch,Retention,Printing and Writing Paper}, title_fa = {بررسی امکان استفاده از بنتونیت به عنوان کمک نگهدارنده پرکننده در کاغذهای چاپ و تحریرکاغذسازی}, abstract_fa = {یکی از روش های مدیریت مواد و کاهش هزینهها در صنعت کاغذسازی، تلاش برای ماندگاری بیشتر اجزای ریز خمیرکاغذ مانند نرمه های الیاف، مواد افزودنی معدنی(پرکننده ها) است. این تحقیق به منظور جایگزینی بنتونیت به عنوان کمک نگهدارنده به دلیل بومی، ارزان تر و در دسترس تر بودن نسبت به پلیاکریلآمید، انجام شد. در این تحقیق، تأثیر پلیاکریلآمید، بنتونیت و ترکیب نشاسته کاتیونی و بنتونیت بر کاغذ چاپ و تحریر حاوی 20 درصد پرکننده در یکی از کارخانه های کاغذسازی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت و روند تغییر در قابلیت آبگیری، ماندگاری، ویژگی های مقاومتی و نوری بررسی شدند. کاهش زمان آبگیری به طور مشخص در ترکیب نشاسته کاتیونی و بنتونیت همانند پلیاکریلآمید کاتیونی اتّفاق افتاد و علت آن را توانایی بالای ترکیب پلیمر کاتیونی نشاسته با ذرّه معدنی بنتونیت در ایجاد لخته در سوسپانسیون و قابلیت آبگیری بیشتر می توان عنوان نمود. با افزایش درصد خاکستر در حضور بنتونیت، تغییر محسوسی در ماندگاری اجزا مشاهده نشد؛ اما ماندگاری اجزا در حضور نشاسته کاتیونی و بنتونیت افزایش یافت و تقریباً مشابه ماندگاری در استفاده از پلیاکریلآمید بوده است. شاخص مقاومت به کشش به دلیل شکل گیری ضعیف کاهش داشته و این کاهش نسبت به پلیاکریل آمید هم کمتر بوده است؛ اما در مقاومت به پارگی، روند افزایشی مشاهده شد و باز هم نسبت به پلیاکریل آمید کمتر بوده است. ماتی کاغذهای حاوی بنتونیت و نشاسته کاتیونی به دلیل حضور نشاسته کاتیونی کاهش اندکی داشته ولی کاغذهایی که فقط از بنتونیت استفاده شد، ماتی بالاتری را نشان دادند. در مورد درجه روشنی هم در کلیه تیمارها، تغییر محسوسی نسبت به تیمار پلیاکریل آمید مشاهده نگردید.}, keywords_fa = {بنتونیت,نشاسته کاتیونی,ماندگاری و کاغذ چاپ و تحریر}, url = {https://packaging.ihu.ac.ir/article_204398.html}, eprint = {https://packaging.ihu.ac.ir/article_204398_eb8d26f49a290a5cb50553105b018fe4.pdf} }
