Abstract

Inter-organizational systems are network information systems that push the boundaries of an organization. Supply chain management systems are very important in response to market changes and complexities. Therefore, the present study seeks to investigate the impact of the use of inter-enterprise systems and supply chain management systems on supply chain performance with respect to the role of supply chain management capabilities in the printing and packaging industry. This research is an applied research that has been done by descriptive survey method. The statistical population of this research includes all managers, experts and employees of the supply chain of printing and packaging companies in Alborz province (about 50 companies). The sample size was 217 using Cochran's formula and this number was selected using the available sampling method. In order to collect data, a valid questionnaire was used, the validity of which was confirmed by examining the opinions of experts and calculating the CVR index for all items, and its reliability was confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha. The collected data were analyzed in two sections: descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Structural equation modeling and AMOS software were used to test the hypotheses. Findings from the analysis of seven hypotheses of this study indicate that the use of inter-organizational systems and supply chain management system have a positive and significant effect on supply chain management capabilities and supply chain performance and that supply chain management capabilities mediate the effect of using Inter-organizational systems and supply chain management systems are based on supply chain performance.
