بررسی تأثیر مدیریت منابع انسانی پیش‌رونده بر عملکرد شرکت های بسته بندی مواد غذایی با نقش میانجی نوآوری

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر مدیریت منابع انسانی پیش‌رونده بر عملکرد شرکت­های بسته بندی مواد غذایی با نقش میانجی نوآوری بوده است. این تحقیق از نظر روش کمی و از نوع توصیفی و شاخه پیمایشی (زمینه­یابی) قرار دارد. جامعه‌ی مورد پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان شرکت  های بسته­بندی مواد غذایی در استان مرکزی است که تعداد آنها 727 نفر و تعیین حجم نمونه با توجه به جدول مورگان 251 نفر بوده است. ابزار گردآوری داده­ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ­که پس از تأیید روایی و پایایی جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. در این تحقیق برای بررسی روابط بین اجزاء مدل از مدل­یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است همچنین از نرم­افزار لیزرل برای تجزیه ­و­ تحلیل فرضیه­ها استفاده شده است. ­با توجه به تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها، نتایج حاکی از آن بوده است که مدیریت منابع انسانی پیش‌رونده تأثیر مثبتی بر عملکرد شرکت­های بسته­بندی مواد غذایی دارد، مدیریت منابع انسانی پیش‌رونده بر نوآوری تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد و نوآوری بر عملکرد سازمان تاثیر نداشته است لذا این فرضیه رد شده است.

The purpose of this research was to identify and prioritize the barriers to using blockchain technology in the supply chain of food packaging companies in Shahrekord. This is an applied research that is mixed (qualitative and quantitative). The statistical population of the research is the experts of Shahrekord food industry packaging companies, using the purposeful sampling method and the use of theoretical saturation, the number of 10 experts was selected as a sample. In this regard, by using field and library studies and the method of content analysis, the obstacles to the use of blockchain in the sustainable supply chain were identified and ranked using the Dimetal technique. The results showed that the lack of management commitment is the most influential factor on other factors, and the rest of the factors are internal obstacles, lack of familiarity of employees, lack of specific rules, sustainability obstacles, obstacles outside the organization and infrastructural obstacles. It shows the effect of other factors on this factor.
