بررسی تاثیر ابعاد بسته بندی هوشمند و پایدار برکارایی زنجیره تامین در صنعت غذایی

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر ابعاد بسته‌بندی هوشمند و پایدار بر کارایی زنجیره تأمین در صنعت غذایی است. این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران و متخصصان صنعت بسته‌بندی با حداقل مدرک لیسانس در رشته‌های مرتبط و 10 سال سابقه فعالیت در صنعت غذایی است. تعداد 198 نفر از این افراد به عنوان نمونه در دسترس انتخاب شدند و اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه استاندارد جمع‌آوری گردید.پرسشنامه تحقیق در دو بخش اصلی تدوین شد: بخش اول به ویژگی‌های جمعیت‌شناختی پاسخ‌دهندگان مانند سن، جنسیت و سابقه کاری اختصاص یافت و بخش دوم به بررسی متغیرهای کلیدی پژوهش پرداخت. این متغیرها شامل ردیابی و نظارت، طراحی بهینه، مواد زیست‌تخریب‌پذیر و قابل بازیافت، افزایش ماندگاری محصول و کارایی زنجیره تأمین بودند. هر یک از این متغیرها با استفاده از گویه‌های استاندارد سنجیده شد و پاسخ‌ها در طیف پنج‌درجه‌ای لیکرت ارزیابی شدند. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه با نظر خبرگان و استفاده از شاخص روایی محتوای نسبی تأیید شد. پایایی پرسشنامه نیز با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. برای تحلیل داده‌ها، از نرم‌افزارهای اس‌پی‌اس‌اس برای تحلیل‌های توصیفی و پی‌ال‌اس برای تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که ابعاد بسته‌بندی هوشمند و پایدار تأثیر معناداری بر بهبود کارایی زنجیره تأمین در صنعت غذایی دارند. این یافته‌ها می‌تواند به ارتقای تصمیم‌گیری‌های مدیریتی در حوزه بسته‌بندی و زنجیره تأمین کمک نماید.

چکیده [English]

This study investigates the impact of smart and sustainable packaging dimensions on supply chain efficiency in the food industry. The research is applied in purpose and employs a descriptive-survey methodology for data collection. The statistical population comprises managers and specialists in the packaging industry with at least a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the food sector. A sample of 198 participants was selected using convenience sampling, and data were gathered through a standardized questionnaire. The questionnaire was divided into two sections: the first section collected demographic information, including age, gender, and work experience, while the second section assessed key study variables, namely traceability and monitoring, optimal design, biodegradable and recyclable materials, product shelf-life extension, and supply chain efficiency. Each variable was evaluated using standard items on a five-point Likert scale. The questionnaire’s face and content validity were confirmed through expert opinions and the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) index, while its reliability was established using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Data were analyzed using SPSS software for descriptive statistics and PLS software for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings indicate that smart and sustainable packaging dimensions significantly enhance supply chain efficiency in the food industry. These results offer valuable insights for improving managerial decision-making in packaging and supply chain management.
