امکان‌سنجی احداث کارخانه چوب پلاستیک از باگاس در استان خوزستان

چکیده

هدف از این تحقیق، امکان­سنجی اقتصادی تولید پروفیل چوب پلاستیک از مواد دوستدار طبیعت (باگاس) در استان خوزستان می­باشد. جهت این ارزیابی، از اصول حسابداری صنعتی بهره گرفته شد. حجم کل سرمایه‌گذاری برای تولید سالیانه 160000 متر مربع چوب پلاستیک بالغ بر  5/72491 میلیون تومان پیش‌بینی می­شود که نتایج اقتصادی زیر را به­همراه دارد: نرخ بازده داخلی (4/32 درصد)، دوره بازگشت سرمایه (26 ماه)، نقطه سربه‌سر تولید (86/16 درصد)، فروش در نقطه سربه‌سر (4/13491 میلیون تومان)، نسبت سرمایه در گردش به سرمایه ثابت (14/43 درصد)، سرمایه‌گذاری ثابت سرانه (3/3376 میلیون تومان / نفر) و نسبت سود به سرمایه (64/64 درصد). قیمت تمام شده محصول (75/295365 تومان برای هر متر­مربع چوب پلاستیک)، نشان از آن دارد که با احداث این کارخانه علاوه بر اشتغال­زایی و کاهش واردات چوب پلاستیک، ازخروج ارز از کشور نیز جلوگیری به­عمل می­آید. همچنین این طرح از توجیه اقتصادی مناسبی نیز برخوردار می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research is the economic feasibility of producing wood plastic profiles from environmentally friendly materials (bagasse) in Khuzestan province. For this evaluation, industrial accounting principles were used. The total amount of investment for the annual production of 160,000 square meters of plastic wood is expected to amount to 72,491.5 million Tomans, which brings the following economic results: internal rate of return (32.4%), return period of capital (26 months), production break-even point (16.88%), break-even sales (13,491.4 million Tomans), ratio of circulating capital to fixed capital (43.14%), fixed investment per capita (3376.3 million Tomans/person) and ratio of profit to capital (64.64%). The finished price of the product (295,365.75 Tomans for each square meter of wood plastic) shows that the construction of this factory, in addition to creating jobs and reducing the import of wood plastic, also prevents foreign exchange from leaving the country. Also, this plan has a suitable economic and financial justification.
